With over six years of experience in hospitality and financial services, I am a Finance Operations Specialist at Scout Motors, Inc. I have a MBA in Finance from Queens University of Charlotte and a B.S. in Hotel & Lodging Management from Johnson & Wales University.In my current role, I prepare month/quarter-end close process, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and P&L report for fixed assets and leases, following GAAP and SOX compliance standards. I also manage bank transactions for land purchases and capitalize costs from construction in progress. I work with a team of professionals who share my passion for creating positive customer experiences and delivering accurate and timely financial results. I am proficient in accounts payable/accounts receivable, payroll processing, fixed asset accounting, and data analysis. I have strong communication skills in English, Spanish, and French, and a Business Analytics certification from Cornell University. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
