Elizabeth C Hammond Leadership ConsultingElizabeth is proud of a diverse professional trajectory rooted in experiential civic education and conscious leadership endeavors across sectors and geographies; she launched her career, post-undergraduate studies, as a 1995 Recipient of the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship for independent study & travel exploring roles of women in media - telenevolas, en particular. Passionate about empowering conscious leaders, especially women and youth, Elizabeth\'s work creates positive global impact. Pleased to notice the cycles our work takes over time, she is honored to be starting 2025 as volunteer for the Peace Corps\' Virtual Service Pilot Program accompanying women entrepreneurs in Guatemala on their leadership and business development journeys.(One of the online learning platform\'s tools? A narrative via telenovela about a woman entrepreneur.)From teaching & coaching in unconventional outdoor settings to doing the same at established colleges & universities and in executive suites, Elizabeth\'s unique educational journey informs her current professional strategy consulting, performance mentorship, coaching and facilitation. She brings decades of experience from across sectors including work in administration & applied leadership, media communications & education technology, experiential and wilderness education, yoga & dance, as well as that from having traveled around and stopped to live life to its fullest in a variety of places around the globe to inspire her students and clients as they navigate the leadership landscape around us as well as that inside of us. She splits her time with her partner Carlos and las dogs between Baja California Sur, Washington State, and California.She has notable leadership experience with Oakland Unified School District through Teach for America, Nely Galán & Telemundo Network LLC, Scholastic, Inc, NOLS [formerly National Outdoor Leadership School], Ecology Project International México, & Baja Expeditions. Elizabeth has worked with more than 1500 invidiual clients and student in hands-on, high touch point strategy education and leadership instruction and coaching. Elizabeth specializes in supporting conscious leaders, and especially phenomenal women, to identify their unique strengths and paths, and to leverage mind-body work and collective wisdom to reconnect with their superpowers and holistic potential to lead any effort with sustainable strategies and practices designed to co-create positive lasting impact - as it is co-created intentionally from an emerging future.
