As Cargill’s Vice President, Global Partner Leader for Walmart, Inc, Elizabeth leads Cargill’s relationship with the retail leader connecting its customers with the sustainable and innovative options they want. With more than 19 years of commercial experience in Cargill, Elizabeth has held roles in marketing, sales, supply chain, pricing, and business analytics. She led the company’s alternative protein business working with emerging technologies and value chain partnerships, led the pet business as Vice President and General Manager, and was the Vice President and commercial leader of the Cargill Protein North America beef, grind, and case-ready businesses. In each of her roles she has taken on new challenges and built strong customer-driven teams who deliver results with an energetic and entrepreneurial approach. Elizabeth’s passion, drive and partnership-oriented approach is front and center as she works closely with business leaders to accelerate growth. Elizabeth is active in her community through Big Brothers Big Sisters and was the founding President of Cargill’s Women’s Council for Protein. She lives in Wichita, Kansas, with her husband and two kids.
