The right practitioner for the room. Kunik helps People teams with vision and budget, but not enough hands, execute the programs they need: leadership cohorts, AI training for managers, ERG infrastructure, offsites that land. What I\'ve built since founding it: • Grew from a working-parent support startup (covered by Bloomberg, Forbes, Crunchbase) into a culture-execution partner for SiriusXM, Reed Smith, Associa, T-Mobile, Akamai, and YouTube • 75 average NPS across all programs • Saved clients 800+ hours of HR team time each, per engagement • Built delivery to launch programs in 3 weeks from kickoff, where industry standard is a quarter • Curated a practitioner network so every session is led by someone who\'s done the work, not a keynote speaker or generalist facilitator

ABOUT ELIZABETH GULLIVER
I started Kunik in 2019 to support working parents. Bloomberg and Forbes wrote about us. Then the pandemic rewrote everything, and so did we. Today, Kunik does one thing: we put the right practitioner in the room for People teams who have the vision and the budget, but not enough hands. Not keynote speakers. Not a training catalog. The person who\'s actually done the work your team is trying to do. What that looks like right now: leadership cohorts. AI training for managers (tool-agnostic, no IT sign-off required). Offsites that actually land. ERG leadership development and programming that earns its budget line, even in a year when those budgets are getting questioned. The numbers I\'m proud of- 75 NPS - 800+ hours of HR time saved per client - 3 weeks from kickoff to first session - Teams like SiriusXM, Reed Smith, and Associa keep coming back, which is the only metric that really proves anything Off the clock I\'m a mom x4 in Miami, which is its own leadership development program. I write about all three here: the work, the company, the chaos. If you\'ve got a program you\'ve been meaning to build, tell me what\'s actually going on. We\'ve probably heard a version of it before. l•••@kunikco.com
