About Elizabeth Groustra

I grew a passion for finance in my senior year of high school after doing my own personal finances and decided to pursue both fields. In Business, I\'ve been fascinated by information systems, the stock market, managing a portfolio, data organization, and analysis. Organization is a key skill I\'ve mastered to be able to manage my passions. I also am extremely hardworking, and live by my motto,\'effort equals results\'. I\'ve been competitively sailing since the age of seven and began coaching in 2021. Coaching has given me a new understanding of the sport and taught me responsibility, leadership, and management, as I was in charge of teaching the fundamentals of boat handling and racing to young children. I was in charge of setting up practices that were educational, and engaging and ensured safety on the water. A big part of sailing relies on the weather, which advanced my planning skills as I always had to have several plans, and backup plans if conditions changed. I\'m seeking a job in a position where I can learn new strategies, develop new skills, and complete both independent and teamwork to analyze important topics in finance and Business Analytics.
