As a member of Carrier\'s Engineering Leadership Program, I started as a Lab Test Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO, in my second rotation I was a Cost Reduction Engineer in Charlotte, NC, in my third and final rotation, I was a Project Engineer in Syracuse, NY. Going through these rotations have given me the opportunity to live in new cities, adapt to new environments, and expand my network. These rotations have prepared me for my new role as the Lab Optimization Leader at Carrier.
