Experienced in working with Building Departments throughout the midwest for permitting, code review, and inspections- Experienced in most aspects of constuction project management- Worked on the adaptive re-use projects, beginning with schematic design to design development and then through construction documents- Worked with Historic Preservation Specialist and project architect on National Park service Part II application including historic feature drawings, window survey, demolition/existing and design intentions drawings for the Cooperage (received conditional approval)- Worked on business plan to create schematic design and feasibility of project- Developed cost analysis, code analysis and 3D Sketch-up models for several projects- Accompanied project architect on site visits and meetings with code officials, construction contractors and project engineers in preparation for permit and construction drawings as well as construction phase of project- Created design packets for Zoning and Planning Boards approval.
