As a Research Analyst at Mathematica, I conduct research and analysis on social policy programs, primarily federal government programs in education and the workforce. I have studied apprenticeship grants, grants to higher education institutions, and programs to support K-12 students. I conduct quantitative work, including analyzing survey data, managing programmers, and creating data visualizations for reports and presentations. My qualitative work includes conducting literature reviews, leading interviews and focus groups, and synthesizing the data in reports, case studies, and memos. Additionally, I have worked on projects to recruit school districts into large federal evaluation studies and coordinated with district personnel to execute research applications and data-sharing agreements. Lastly, I have collaborated with teams to respond to federal, foundation, and university Request for Proposals (RFP) and managed and co-written proposals.
