About Elizabeth Garrity
My name is Elizabeth Garrity, and I am a current sophomore student attending the University of Delaware for a Bachelor\'s of Science degree in Health Behavior Science, as well as receiving a minor in Disability Studies. Moving forth, I wish to then earn my Master\'s in Occupational Therapy. With this education, I plan to become a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. My job background consists of life guarding all throughout high school, along with coaching and teaching swim lessons to children of all ages. Educationally, I graduated with a 4.2 GPA at my high school and received many academic awards, including an AP Capstone diploma, academic excellence awards, as well as Swim Team All-Conference awards. I have a moderately strong foundation in Spanish speaking, as I have been taking classes each school year over the past 5+ years, with AP Spanish being one. For language, I am also currently doing self-taught lessons in American Sign Language. Here at the University of Delaware, I am part of the Phi Epsilon Kappa fraternity for Health Science majors, Women in Healthcare Club, as well at OT club. I feel as though I have exceptional communication skills and work very well with others. I look forward to upcoming job opportunities and expanding my connections with people as I grow as an Occupational Therapist.

Working summers at Fair Blue Swim Club located in Wilmington, DE since 2021. All hires are under the management of Aquatic Management Systems (AMS Pools). Swim club switched to this pool management at the start of 2024.
