Recruited to return to RadicalMedia to oversee and spearhead production operations for the Studio Department, as well as selected projects within the Entertainment Department • Architect of logistical, financial structure, and production workflow • Lead weekly meetings with Executive Management to review project status and ensure milestones are being met • Maintain company compliance with government, employment, and contractual requirements, supervising of legal agreements, union, and guild contracts, covid protocols and insurance • Track and manage the details of a project throughout ideation to delivery to ensure they are in line with the project goals, schedule, and budget. • Manage communication, support, and operations systems amongst teams • Oversee management of NY employees, hiring, operations, creative quality control, and new business and communicate resourcing needs • Write and develop the company production guidelines, implement and standardize production and operational policy and procedures
