As a member of the Private Directors Association (PDA), I collaborate with a national community of board directors, executives, and advisors committed to strengthening private company governance. My involvement focuses on advancing governance education, building diverse board pipelines, and supporting ethical leadership practices across industries.Within the Colorado Chapter, I contribute to programming and thought leadership initiatives that help directors and executives navigate today’s complex risk, regulatory, and ESG landscapes. I participate in discussions and roundtables on board readiness, fiduciary duty, cybersecurity oversight, and succession planning, helping to bridge the gap between legal, operational, and ethical decision-making in the boardroom:• Supported the design and facilitation of governance programming for Colorado\'s emerging board directors, focusing on diversity and ethical accountability.• Advised on event topics and content aimed at strengthening private company governance standards and director education.• Fostered connections between legal, compliance, and executive leaders to expand dialogue on sustainable governance and ethical innovation.• Actively mentor aspiring board candidates through the association’s networking initiatives, emphasizing integrity and preparedness.():The Private Directors Association® is a national, member-led nonprofit that advocates for excellence in private company governance.
