About Elizabeth Decesare

I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Georgia. I have been awarded multiple scholarships for my academic and leadership achievements, including the Guaranteed Reserve Forces Duty (GRFD) Scholarship, which committed me to eight years of service as an Army Officer. Since March 2024, I began my full-time job at Crum & Forster, a leading insurance company, in the Surplus & Specialty Lines, Primary Special Risk Underwriting Division.I currently serve in the New Jersey Army National Guard. Since becoming an Army Military Intelligence Officer, I continue to develop myself and others while in training. When I was a cadet at Army ROTC, I mentored, trained, and evaluated the freshman class, as well as engaged in military training and military-science course work. I have completed the Combat Lifesaver Training, which certifies me to provide basic medical care in combat situations. I am passionate about serving my country and community, and I am eager to learn from diverse and experienced professionals. I believe I can bring valuable skills, perspectives, and experiences to any team or organization.Fun fact: I am about to run my third half marathon!
