I am an experienced Quality Assurance professional with experience in quality systems, process improvement, and lean manufacturing in the glass, ceramics, and food packaging industries. With over 20 years of experience in quality management, I have a proven track record of improving quality ratings, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.My experience as a Quality Leader in multiple plants has enabled me to lead cross-functional teams to meet internal and external customer requirements and improve the manufacturing process. I’ve trained hundreds of people through classes on topics ranging from good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, and fracture analysis, to basics of the manufacturing and decoration processes.I hold a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri S&T) and am a Certified Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt issued by the American Society of Quality. I have successfully implemented supplier quality improvements, transformed quality inspection and auditing processes, and achieved FSSC and ISO certifications. I am passionate about driving continuous improvement and excellence in quality management.
