   I manage a team of Hyperscalers Sales Support Associates serving top Fortune 100 companies such as Amazon, Meta, Google & Apple. My Team ensure the Sales and Customer Success teams have the necessary resources and tools to achieve their goals. Work closely with Sales Operations to manage sales adjustments and submit disputes on behalf of the Sales and CS teams along with managing end-of-month reporting for accurate sales representation. I function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pre-sales processes, quoting, ordering and post sales processes along with serving as the initial point of escalation for pre- and post-sales issues. In my time in this role i have cross-train the team in products and processes across the full Lumen product portfolio. Ultimately as a manager my main goal is to collaborate with direct reports to identify and support their career aspirations, providing guidance and opportunities for growth and development.
