As a Senior Director of Human Resources with over 15 years of experience in the HR field, I have developed a deep expertise in managing the complexities and challenges of the gig economy, where I oversee the operations and compliance of a large and diverse crowd of independent contractors, project-based, and part-time workers.My mission is to deliver proactive and effective HR solutions that support the business objectives and the employee experience.
