As Director of Post Closing Operations, I’ve built a team post closers that handle all compliance and regulatory tasks after a loan closes. From MERS to gov’t insuring, team and processes built from the ground up. We work closely with our Secondary Capital Markets team to structure and execute required tasks for loan sales for Investors and Agency. In the beginning: I worked for a Real Estate Law Firm for 4 years after college. In 2007, went to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a closer and processor. Received Customer Service Excellence awards in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Received #1 Processor in the South East in 2013. Recruited to STM in 2013 as a closer. Promoted to Closing Manager in 2017. In Feb 2019, I was promoted to Corporate Operations Manager. A necessary position arose in Post Closing. A leader was needed that could learn and put processes in place for PC compliance. On Jan 2020, I accepted that challenge.
