I am an Executive Vice President with a focus on land acquisitions and dispositions within JLL’s Retail Brokerage Practice in the Houston Galleria office. My responsibilities include new business development, marketing, due diligence review, land planning and market analysis of sites for developers, end users as well as site acquisitions and dispositions. I listen to my clients\' needs and provide them with data-driven solutions for land development, acquisition and disposition assignments involving master planned community commercial reserves, resort, retail/entertainment, mixed-use, office, multi-family, senior living and residential land assets. I can help clients re-position and market underutilized property creating value for my clients that they never even considered. I have clients with assets ranging from high value, urban-core locations of less than one acre all the way up to large-scale parcels in excess of acres. No deal is too big or small for me!
