Branch Manager• Direct all operational aspects including human resources, recruitment and customer service.• Oversees the day-to-day operations in the branch office, ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism are being offered to clients, applicants and Field Associates.• Administer and enforce all security procedures, complying with federal regulations relating to branch operations.• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
