I\'m known as \"The Voice of the Foundation\": I have been the main telephone-connection to our donors since 1991 - renewing and thanking our new donors, plus providing help for our library patrons (especially with learning how to download e-books via our library on-line website) are my special skills. I am happy to have a high success-rate with securing and increasing donations while establishing a great rapport with all our donors. I have an average 79% retention renewal rate of individual donors - and call donors from the $25 to the dollar yearly giving levels.For the past year I have concentrated on the e-book publishing industry and on technological changes with our SPL e-book collections and methods of downloading on to the different devices (Kindle, iPad, Nook)- in order to be able to help patrons & donors best access our digital collections (including databases and audio-books).I am also part of our gift-processing team - making sure all donations are accounted for (with the Raiser\'s Edge software system) and promptly thanked, plus often am the conduit for any problem-solving with specific gifts and patron comments/concerns. I work with our directors on new gift acquisition strategies, along with refining our gift-retention plans. I also assist with all our special donor and author events.
