MY BACKGROUND I am the Founder & CEO of The Pivot Group, a boutique organization providing strategic consulting and advisory services to entities looking to accelerate business growth through creative healthcare constituent partnerships. At Anthem, I was VP of Emerging Business & Partnerships, innovating new businesses and sources of future growth. As VP of Strategic Initiatives, I crafted the multi-year enterprise strategy and operated as a key liaison to the Board of Directors. Earlier, I spent eleven years at UnitedHealthcare. I led the organization’s strategy and implementation for state and private exchanges. I was Chief of Staff to the CEO. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, I developed a keen understanding of consumer behavior, engagement, and risk management.Previously, I was a leader on the Global Services management team for Saba Software, building worldwide consultative service capabilities. I began my career at Deloitte.
