   Youth Development Specialist in the community of Ait Yayha Oualla in rural Morocco with Association Arkhabil providing general support in all projects including a vocational Second Chance school, certificate programs in patisserie and sewing, a women’s literacy project, weaving and baking cooperatives and the coordination of over 100 events on an annual basis. Co-managed two successful grant projects totaling over $9,500 – Solar Panel Installation Project and Classroom Renovation Project – to expand Women’s Literacy Program and improve classroom conditions. Sponsored my supervisor for participation in the IVLP program which he attended in October 2024 Co-facilitated a youth leadership program “Passport to Success” for 48 students that enhanced personal and professional skills and resulted in participants receiving certificates from the International Youth Foundation. Received over 350 hours in Peace Corps cross-cultural, technical language, health and personal safety training. Conducting multiple splash activities and community engagement activities centered around American holidays (Thanksgiving, Halloween, Valentine’s Day) with participation from Peace Corps volunteers. Participating in multiple trainings with counterparts including Passport to Success, Women’s Economic Empowerment & Digital Literacy, Project Design and Management.
