About Elizabeth Richardson Bruce
While completing an MEd in Globalization and Educational Change and in the years that followed, much of my work as a researcher has focused internationally, while working with humanitarian and development organizations across diverse areas including ed tech. Once the COVID-19 pandemic transformed ed tech’s role in schools globally, I turned my attention back to U.S. classrooms, furthering my experience developing proposals in response to RFPs and gaining experience in operations and human resources.In October 2024, I was offered the opportunity to join CollaborateUp, becoming part of a team contracted by USAID to support launch and optimization of the Social, Economic, and Environmental Accountability Mechanism. This position gave me a peek into GovCon from the federal contractor\'s perspective.Today, I am leveraging my experience in business development, startup culture, and proposal writing in my role as a Proposal Writing Customer Success Manager at Procurement Sciences.
