My expertise includes: self insured and managed care funding expertise, benefit plan consolidation for multi-state employers, communications strategies, strategic program design and implementation. I work predominately with employers who desire a creative consultant with proven strategies. I am a multi-state licensed agent and consultant with primary resident by the State of Oregon for health, life, and disability insurance. Prior to consulting careers with Marsh/Mercer and USI, I worked for 6 years managing blocks of business at PacificSource Health Plans in Oregon and Foundation Health Systems out of Southern California. Before moving to the carrier side of the marketplace, I managed operational teams in claims processing, provider contracting and membership database maintenance.I am very active in my local community serving as board member for Bradley Angle, President’s Council member for the Portland Business Alliance and immediate past-Secretary for the East Portland Rotary Board of Directors. Industry focused activities include membership in Society for Human Resource Management, Portland HR Management, and International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
