Participate as part of the Digital Workplace Solutions leadership team, supporting the various Technology Services towers to shepherd strategic technology direction and the delivery of tactical efforts. Provide thought leadership on technology direction and decisions based on emerging technologies, industry trends, best practices, and sound business processes, including all technology delivery components of resources, governance, hardware, software, and outside services. Planning/analysis responsibilities include defining and justifying investments that enable achievement of business objectives and advance the services offered by Digital Workplace Solutions to achieve its strategic milestones. Build and maintain strategic partnerships, clarify and document technology needs and business processes, elicit high level requirements, and support business cases. Also, lead the execution of technology projects, including requirements gathering, ideation, business case development, technology evaluation/acquisition/divesting, and overall planning/delivery activities.
