Identity management and active directory set up for users Implemented processes for two system convergences for both the financial and administrative departments of the hospitals Maintain Provider dictionary Bed Board implementation Outlook administration (setting up users) Providing remote access Working directly with senior leadership on various initiatives On call support for all applications including the Clinicals Built projects to be utilized by our CDI staff and for RAC audits Create documentation and conduct end user training Evaluate workflow and lend insight into system features that can be utilized to improve processes Prioritize multiple projects at the same time Meeting all deadlines Convert the financial applications from a Non Profit to a For Profit hospital Founding member on Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
