I am national security professional with a focus on emerging technologies and the role they play in our world. I have spent the last 9 years in politics and government gaining immense knowledge and skills pursuant to strategic development and risk analysis. My career includes working with the legislative process on Capitol Hill, shaping risk and capability assessments to better inform local and national resilience, communicating and collaborating with international partners on behalf of U.S. interests, and pioneering technology policy as a standalone issue at DHS. I am passionate about bringing policy and awareness up to date to meet the risks of tomorrow before they become the risks of today. This is a critical need in our national security for all who sit at the table and I am eager to advocate for this work with all stakeholders, including the private sector.
