With 24 years of experience in QNXT claim payer software, configuration, project management, implementation, and operations support, I am a seasoned and skilled professional in the healthcare IT industry. I have successfully directed and delivered over 20 multimillion dollar QNXT implementation projects for health plan configuration at Molina Healthcare, Inc, a Fortune 500 company serving families who receive their care through Medicaid, Medicare, and other government-funded programs in fifteen states.In my various leadership roles for healthcare payer software, I have applied extensive knowledge of QNXT enterprise software as well as government programs, such as Medicaid, Medicare, CMS Duals Demonstration, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace/Exchange, to provide configuration solutions and recommendations for health plan design. I also trained and mentored configuration analysts, participated on SWAT teams to improve profitability, and presented to senior executive leaders for approval. I am currently seeking a new position where I can leverage my analytical, problem-solving, and clear vision skills to enable successful QNXT implementation and configuration for healthcare payers.
