I have the privilege of leading the Cisco Networking Academy in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics; managing a diverse ecosystem of 600+ partner organisations, 1,400+ educators, and annual students to sustain and grow the programme. In the three years I have managed NetAcad in the UK & Ireland, the programme has grown from a stagnant ecosystem of annual learners to annual learners.I am passionate about making the technology sector a more inclusive, diverse, and accessible space. I am a Board Member for Women of Cisco UK & Ireland, where I currently lead STEM Outreach initiatives, and regularly volunteer on programmes that inspire young people, especially girls, to pursue STEM subjects and careers.Ambitious and innovative leader with a passion for driving social impact through technology. With demonstrated experience in building and scaling transformative programmes that bridge the digital skills gap, I thrive on aligning business strategies with social responsibility goals and managing diverse stakeholder needs.
