I lead with curiosity, clarity, and care - guiding teams and clients through the product lifecycle with a steady focus on outcomes that matter for both users and the business.Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to roles that require vision and follow-through. From founding and scaling LunarLab to managing cross-functional teams and mentoring emerging leaders, I bring both a systems-level view and a hands-on approach. I’m passionate about user research, product strategy, inclusive design, and building collaborative environments where people do their best work.What sets me apart is a leadership style rooted in integrity and collaboration. I’m as comfortable facilitating executive strategy sessions as I am jumping into UX workshops or mapping out Go To Market plans.
