I am a fourth-year Bachelor of Commerce Co-op student at Dalhousie University, majoring in Accounting. With my past experience in customer service, heath care and audit, I have developed the necessary skills that the Accounting field calls for, including communication, problem solving, teamwork and excel skills. The commerce program at Dalhousie offers many courses that encompass various sectors, including accounting, finance, quantitative decision making, operations management, marketing and career development. Through taking these courses and balancing additional extracurriculars, my time management, communication, teamwork and excel capabilities have proven to be prominent. With my interest in pursuing a career in accounting, along with my experience in various academic societies and in the industry offer great candidacy for future Accounting opportunities.
