I serve as a thinking partner to leaders who are navigating change, stepping into greater responsibility, or ready to sharpen their leadership approach.Since 2010, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, including tech, energy, government, education, consumer brands, and defense. My clients range from emerging leaders to senior executives, and I work both in person and virtually, depending on the needs of the organization.One of the highlights of my work was training an elite military unit to apply creative problem-solving tools to national security challenges.
