As Director of First Year Experience, I lead the integration of our newest Tri Delta members, serving as both a mentor and point of connection during their earliest days in the chapter. My role includes- Onboarding and mentoring a new member class of ~50 through weekly meetings, teaching chapter values, operations, and resources- Planning community-building events, including mixers and the Big-Little process, to foster belonging and strong member connections- Acting as liaison between collegiate officers and new members, ensuring clear communication and support during their transitionThis role has strengthened my skills in program development, event planning, mentorship, and organizational leadership, while allowing me to create a supportive and inclusive environment for new members.
