Lead government relations for the 4-H movement in coordination with USDA and the Cooperative Extension System, setting and advancing policy priorities to reach more youth.‣ Relaunched the 4-H House and Senate Caucus doubling the membership of Congressional Champions and alumni. ‣ Manage all elements of the board experience including the recruitment of diverse candidates, navigating the transition of board engagement to virtual, new trustee onboarding, and board member personal giving. ‣ Position 4-H to receive increased federal revenue through appropriations and the 2023 Farm Bill, including receiving a newly created $3M grant from USDA for a virtual learning platform during COVID-19.‣ Partner with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer to develop the organizational strategic and operating plan.
