Oversee management and training for a sales/operations team of 50 responsible for an annual $100 million in gross sales. Write and lead leadership training program for emerging leaders. Write articles and hotel reviews for the website and magazine. Promote company culture and vision. Deeply committed to mentoring and coaching team members in developing personal growth and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of the luxury travel space and broad network of supplier relationships. Have scouted five-star properties in 40+ countries on seven continents for Indagare. The company has seen consistently strong top line growth y/y since inception (with the exception the initial phase of Covid) and has been named to the Inc four times and the Crain\'s Fast Fifty. Our mission at Indagare is to inspire and empower people to change their lives through travel. Through our website and leisure travel agency, we offer a hybrid of in-depth content and high-touch service for the five-star client.
