I have been advising Prime on the development and launch of their new catalytic capital platform for climate solutions. Currently, I am co-leading Prime\'s work on strategic partnerships ahead of the platform launch. In Sept 2025, I presented a path forward for the platform to Prime Senior Leadership, based on 6+ months of market research and stakeholder engagement (30+ strategic partner interviews, 20+ philanthropists surveyed). After delivering my recommendations, I led Prime\'s platform evolution working group, a cross-departmental team dedicated to the successful launch of the new catalytic climate platform. I led weekly tactical meetings, monthly strategic meetings with senior leadership, and liaised across internal and external stakeholders.I also support the creation and evolution of Prime\'s new investment processes to assess impact-first funds and determine additionality & eligibility on Prime’s philanthropic platform.

ABOUT ELIZA CHORY-NOYES
I am currently in two high-touch, long-term consulting partnerships: Rhia Ventures (where I serve as Interim Director of Strategic Initiatives) and Prime Coalition. At Rhia, I focus on systems change work across racial and health equity, and on the design and launch of their new Catalytic Capital Fund for reproductive and maternal health. At Prime, I advise Prime Senior Leadership on the expansion of a new catalytic capital platform to scale and accelerate climate solutions. Both of these initiatives focus on bridging impact-first investing with strategic philanthropy, seeking innovative ways to rapidly get capital flowing to the most urgent crises of our generation. Building on nearly a decade of experience in institutional impact investing at Cambridge Associates and venture philanthropy/CDFI lending at REDF, I pursued an MBA at the Yale School of Management to pivot into impact-first investing and catalytic capital. I want to work with the organizations, people, and capital that are pushing the boundaries of what it means to catalyze social change and shift systems. If that\'s you, I\'d love to connect.
