ABOUT ELICIA Y.
Elicia has a breadth of experiences in the renewable energy, corporate manufacturing, academic, local and national government, and non-profit sectors. She has extensive practice in designing and implementing work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment as well as a working understanding of lean manufacturing methods, process optimization, change management, and personnel and project management techniques. Elicia has worked for numerous non-profits and government organizations in both official and volunteer capacities. She has developed and implemented trainings on cultural competency, restorative justice, non-violent communication and more.
