Open World Events design team on Grand Theft Auto 6 Production owner of all Open World Events Managing and tracking content numbers, dependencies, schedules, goals, and projections for a Design team across studios in R* San Diego, India, and North, ranging from ten to fifty members over time. Collaborating with the Open World Director to establish meaningful milestone goals for the Open World Events team, breaking those goals into tasks, dependencies, and schedules. Anticipating and identifying potential roadblocks that could negatively impact the team’s schedule, progress toward critical deadlines, or the quality of their work. Creating and maintaining documentation for all Open World Events. Organizing content sign-off meetings, reviews, and feedback iteration with heads of development, while communicating the team’s overall progress through reports and projections. Working closely with other departments to ensure all asset needs are discussed, requested, and delivered in line with the team\'s goals and schedule. Leading the production team, providing mentoring and training as it expanded from a one-person operation to a team of five. Collaborating with internal developers to provide feedback on existing proprietary tools, resulting in tools that better serve development and production needs of many departments within Rockstar.
