ABOUT ETHAN LITWIN

I have a broad antitrust practice that includes a mix of litigation, internal investigations and regulatory work. Over the course of my career, I have litigated numerous high-profile cases for plaintiffs and defendants, including in the LIBOR, Capacitors, Platinum and Palladium, Freight Forwarders and Cathode Ray Tubes Multi-District Litigations. Currently, I represent the end payor class in In re Namenda Antitrust Litigation, CVS in In re Generic Pharmaceutical Pricing Antitrust Litigation, and the Writers Guild of America against William Morris, CAA, and UTA. Outside of the courtroom, I have also represented dozens of merging parties and complainants before the Federal Trade Commission, the DOJ\'s Antitrust Division and numerous international agencies. Drawing from my experience, I have created bespoke compliance programs for companies across a wide range of industries. I am an active member of the antitrust bar across multiple fora, including in leadership positions in the ABA\'s Section of International Law, the NYS Bar Association, and the NY County Lawyers\' Association. I am honored to have been named as leading antitrust lawyer by Chambers & Partners, Legal500, Global Competition Review, The Practicing Law Company, SuperLawyers, among other publications. My work in compliance and ethics has been recognized by Ethisphere and, in 2017, I was elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. I am dual qualified to practice law in New York and as a Solicitor of England and Wales. I am a frequent commentator on the diverse topics of antitrust law and music history.
