I\'m a People Ops leader who builds. Over the past several years, I\'ve joined early-stage tech startups, often as the founding or sole People hire, and built the infrastructure that lets teams grow: performance management frameworks, total rewards and compensation programs, equity workflows, relocation policies, and more.I\'m comfortable with the messiness of 0-to-1 work: ambiguous org structures, distributed and global teams, fast-moving environments where the playbook doesn\'t exist yet. As the sole People leader, that\'s also meant operating at every altitude, partnering with the CEO on people strategy one day, and coaching a manager through a difficult conversation the next. My background spans crypto-native protocols and traditional tech startups, which has made me equally at home with novel org structures and standard HR fundamentals.I care about the craft of People Ops, getting the systems right so that great talent can do their best work.

   Built the People Ops function from the ground up, owning the full employee lifecycle for a globally distributed, remote-first team across 12+ countries.Designed and launched a performance management program, including review cycle design and calibration frameworks.Built employee listening infrastructure to surface team sentiment and inform People strategy.Built a total rewards and benefits program tailored to a crypto-native workforce, including compensation benchmarking and a token refresh policy.Developed compensation workflows and equity frameworks to bring consistency and transparency to hiring and retention decisions.Partner with managers and senior leadership on performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations, serving as the strategic People partner across the organizationManage global relocation programs, EORs, and compliance across multiple international jurisdictions in partnership with Legal and Finance, maintaining SOPs and process documentation across all People Ops workflows.Administer and maintain HRIS platforms including Gusto and Remote, ensuring data integrity across the employee lifecycle
