   I am a leader on the MercerWELL team and work as a strategic adviser to clients, across industries and employer sizes, to identify health and productivity management opportunities, implement initiatives and innovations, and measure and assess results. My primary focus is to help design health and wellness strategies within the large, complex and global client space. I have experience in behavioral economics, engagement tactics and targeted member profiling to support the strategy framework. My passion is creating healthy environments and views employee well-being as a performance driver and a cost driver. I have led several specialized wellbeing initiatives including, but not limited to: wellbeing and specialty vendor evaluation and implementation, strategic work around the user experience, partner integration and measurement strategy. I also lead Mercer’s non-employer consulting business segment, which provides product innovation and strategic design to the vendor and private equity marketplace. In this role, I focus on working with clients who are looking to expand their footprint in the employer marketplace. The goal of this work is to provide guidance to employer solutions with the objective of improving products to create a best in class solution and to provide intellectual capital to investors looking to capitalize on current trends. I hold a Bachelor degree in Statistical Theory Mathematics from Washington University in St Louis. I am a licensed insurance producer and holds the IFEBP Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation. I am a liaison to HERO, Health Enhancement Research Organization, and have published numerous articles based on employer trends, market research, and best practices of well being programs.
