An online group offering professional development and network-building opportunities for coaches interested in integrating research and scientific insights into coaching practice. This CP encourages coaches to collaborate and foster a deeper understanding of evidence-based practices. Members engage in discussions and initiatives to enhance their coaching skills and contribute to advancing the coaching profession.ICF Communities of Practice (CPs) keep you relevant, connected, and continuously evolving as a professional coach. These online groups foster discussions on best practices, emerging trends, and tools that enhance professional development.
