I manage all the litigation and landlord/tenant proceedings for the firm. Typically, the workload consists of tracking court cases, updating clients on the status of their case, requesting third party coverage, drafting petitions, affidavits of service, predicated notices and motions, and filing documents into the New York State courts electronic filing system. Additionally, I draft and file petitions for faith based organizations and wills, estates, and trusts matters that move to surrogates court. Within the last year, my role has expanded into the transactional side of the firm. Along with litigation, I compile 420c, 420a and Article XI property tax abatement applications, assist with license agreements and compose audits as requested.
