ABOUT ELISHIA A.
Elishia Alleyne is a Sustainability Project Manager Apprentice in AstraZeneca\'s Global Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) and Sustainability department. Elishia\'s role involves project and change management, supporting and leading innovation and the advancement of social and environmental change objectives in the Global Sustainability department at AstraZeneca. Elishia\'s professional background is in Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability having started her working career in the third sector. Elishia has previously worked in a variety of community centres and charities doing youth and social work in aid of vulnerable and often underrepresented members of society. While working full-time, she is now pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management at Northeastern University London.Elishia is a strong advocate for youth-centred design and empowerment. Through charitable engagement and roles on youth boards and panels Elishia has the opportunity to influence the review and recommendations for policies going forward through various events and campaigns which speak directly to the experience of young people, championing equity and humanitarian rights.
