   As Associate Director, Business HR, I serve as a partner to several dynamic and evolving functions within Syneos Health. I currently support the newly integrated Tech organization—formed through the merger of IT and Tech & Data—where I help drive alignment across talent strategy, organizational design, and cultural integration.In addition to my work with Tech, I also partner with the Office of General Counsel, Human Resources, Global Corporate Communications & Marketing, and Clinical Business Development. Across these diverse groups, I provide guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and change leadership, ensuring HR solutions are tailored to each team’s unique needs and business goals.I take a data-informed approach, using analytics and insights to guide decisions—not only in my own work but also in advising business leaders.
