Elisha has a range of experience in operations, as well as both traditional and digital marketing with the most recent bulk of her career focused on, Operations and Project Management. Her portfolio includes clients in multiple industries including domestic and global logistics, retail, hospitality, health/medical systems, global communication and management, and companies in both the for profit and non profit sectors. Additionally her passion is in operations and working with small business as they scale and grow. She helps companies create internal work strategies and processes to create efficiencies within the team, go-to-market strategies for products and services, and strategies to understand business goals and how to exceed them.
