About Elisha Force
In a world of over 7.6 billion people, it can be challenging to find your purpose. Through various experiences, interactions, and travels I realized that my self-acclaimed purpose dealt with wanting to aid in treatment discovery, with a focus on battling rare diseases, malignant cancers, and disorders. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, I decided to pursue my career in the Clinical Trial industry. Prior to getting involved in the clinical trial industry, my experience consisted of over 2.5 years working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in a biochemistry laboratory, at UNCW, analyzing the interactions between lipid domains and cholesterol in the mammalian cellular membrane. The end goal of this research was to remodel what was thought of as the textbook model of the bilayer cellular membrane. My personal motivation in all life endeavors, career and personal, comes from how I hope to leave this world - better than how I came into it.
