ABOUT ELISE ZANDI

I am a passionate and experienced software engineer who started as an independent full-stack developer while I was a sophomore. However, soon after graduation, my entrepreneurial spirit as well as my experiences in tech training and coaching led me to Co-found a software company called “ALMAS Idea Makers of Communication” with a great friend in 2002. Unique cooperation brought us many challenges in software engineering and development, project management, Engineering team management, leadership, creativity, and marketing. We worked on more than 40 software development projects in different fields like Medical & Health, Financial, Sport, Media, E-Commerce, Packaging, Education, Music, and Marketing. I continued this professional journey by participating in many international projects that finally made me settle in France and aimed to fulfill my desire of working on scientific and R&D projects that would make the world a better place for everyone in 2013. Since then without any interruption, I am an active actor in this field. This extensive experience in software development lead me to employ a large variety of technologies and develop my skills and competencies in many areas like - Technical and industrial knowledge - Project management and leading - Product research and definition - Building and scaling highly effective teams by defining the missions, objectives, roadmap - Hiring, onboarding, and coaching teams in changing and international contexts- Cross-functional team leadership and cooperation - Designing and developing robust and innovative software - Tracking and maintaining the quality of the product - Problem-solving - Critical thinking - Product presentation and training - Growth mindset
