ABOUT ELISE S.
I am a media and cultural studies graduate from the University of Worcester, with a passion for communication and social media. Currently working as a Employment Link officer at Coventry City Council, where I support and motivate external line-managers across sectors to improve their workplace wellbeing and productivity.In my role, I use my excellent diary management, account management, and ICT skills to conduct 1:1 meetings, evidence audits, survey creation, policies and procedures review, and wellbeing campaigns. I also create engaging content on Canva and other platforms to highlight career and training opportunities for the council\'s job seekers and employers. I have a proven track record of achievements and goal milestones, through sign-ups of eligible businesses and awarding of programme certificates. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and contribute to the council\'s vision and values.
