I\'m a seasoned social impact leader currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Excellent Schools Washington, where I lead with both strategy and execution to double the number of high-quality public school seats across Washington State. I bring 10+ years of experience scaling mission-driven organizations, building resilient systems, and aligning operations with values in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. At ESWA, I work as a partner in vision and action - driving investments, strengthening infrastructure, and supporting bold school leaders working to redefine what\'s possible for Washington’s students. Prior to this role, I directed the strategy, execution, metrics tracking and analysis for internal and external communications at Rocketship Public Schools - a nonprofit organization with 1,300 employees and students across five states. Prior to her work in communications, I earned a degree in Public Administration at the Evans School of Public Affairs where I worked with university administration on policies around student issues. Before coming to UW, I was involved in a successful campaign to reform public education in Connecticut. Other experience has included work in social services, legal services, general non-profits, political campaigns, and government affairs.
