Packages must be walked down before and after completing work per company’s protocol to verify proper materials are accounted.Journeyman Ironworker –fabricated numerous beams, columns, channels, stairways and ladder cages through drawings and field sketches. Rigged up on pipe and got them into the pipe rack. Bull rigged pipe along the pipe rack. Rigged up on structures and signaled them into position. Calculated where I needed to set up the crane, determined what rigging materials was required, gathered my rigging material to complete each task safely.Forklift Operator – Rough Terrain Extended Boom, Straight Mast, Stand Up forklift. Shake out: Beams, Column, Grating, Handrails, and Ladder Cages. Load and unload materials from flatbeds, heavy haul trailers, tractor trailers. Safely delivered pressure safety valves from unit to warehouse for calibration; transported gate, globe, butterfly valves from unit to warehouse and vice versa. Maintain full bottles of oxygen and acetylene, throughout the project by checking up on each rack and transporting fresh bottles as needed. Delivering argon bottles to each welder as needed.
